Leadership Team
Jennifer Beck, Senior Vice President and Managing Director, Guidant Group
Jennifer Beck joined Guidant Group as Senior Vice President and Managing Director in June 2010. Based in Atlanta, she provides leadership and oversight of Guidant Group’s total sales, service and operations.
Jennifer brings a strong background in executive leadership, operations, sales and business ownership to the company, and has worked with organizations in the human capital and recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) arenas. She was most recently Vice President and General Manager of Spherion Corporation’s RPO operations, managing its RPO portfolio and posting year-over-year revenue growth exceeding 150 percent. She owned and operated CAP Recruitment, LLC, providing RPO consulting services to Spherion, and held various sales and operations management roles at TMP Worldwide, Inc., as well as with other staffing and recruiting organizations.
Jennifer is a graduate of Patricia Stevens Private College in St. Louis with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business.
Larry Kihlstadius, Senior Vice
President
Larry joined
Guidant Group in December 2007 and leads the business
development team for Guidant Group. With more than 20 years
experience in operations, sales, and developing new business
strategy, Larry is a published thought leader who developed the
first recruitment process outsourcing model to become
commercially viable. Prior to joining Guidant Group, Larry held
senior leadership positions at Accenture, Spherion, and Monster
Worldwide. He facilitated business process re-engineering
successes at John Wieland Homes, which won the National Housing
Quality Award, and American Woodmark, which became a case study
in Peter Senge’s The Fieldbook for the 5th Discipline. He
is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy at Annapolis
and the Juran Institute for Six Sigma facilitation.
Kevin Moran,
Vice President,
Implementations and Technology Solutions
Kevin
is responsible for the planning, design and implementation of
Guidant Group’s client contingent labor models. He leverages
technology solutions that help manage contingent labor more
efficiently and effectively. He previously held a number of
account management positions in Field Operations with Guidant.
Kevin brings more than 14 years of experience in contingent
labor management and solution design with experience in the
utility, financial, industrial and information technology
industries. He has held positions in operations management,
technology and sales. Kevin has a Bachelor of Arts degree from
Cornell University.
Kim Gattis, Contract Administrator,
Supplier Relations
Kim serves as the contract
administrator for Guidant Group’s Supplier Relations department.
She is responsible for supplier management and serves as the
primary contact for negotiating and documenting the terms and
conditions of our staffing company partner agreement, including
managing any associated risks with suppliers. Kim also focuses
on developing and maintaining strategic supplier relationships
that bring long-term value to our program. Kim began her career
in the staffing industry in 1998 as a recruiter for a local
staffing company. In 2002 she served as the HR generalist for
HCC Insurance Holdings, Inc. until 2004 when she joined Guidant
Group as a contingent resource consultant supporting the
Hyperion account. Kim moved into Supplier Relations as contract
administrator in 2005.
Gabriela Schreiber, Manager,
Consulting Services
Gabriela
works with executive leadership to develop consulting service
offerings, methodologies and practices. She developed,
implemented and currently oversees our quality management and
supplier diversity programs. Additionally, Gabriela partners
with executive leadership and external organizations to manage
strategic business ventures. Prior to joining Guidant Group,
Gabriela held outsourced service delivery management positions
with Accenture HR Services in the areas of recruitment and
employee relations services. Gabriela earned a Bachelor of Arts
degree in Human Resource Management from DePaul University,
Chicago, Illinois, and is a member of the Society for Human
Resource Management (SHRM).
Jacquelyn
Richardson, Regional Director, South/Southeast
Jacque joined Guidant
Group in 2002 and has been responsible for the oversight, growth
and management of a major utility account and its subsidiaries
in the Southeast, as well as supporting new business
opportunities throughout the company. Prior to joining Guidant
Group, her career covered diverse areas including sales,
recruitment, on-site program management and all areas of related
staffing operations. Jacque's vast experience as both a client
user and a staffing professional presents a balanced and
knowledgeable capability to work effectively with all
stakeholders.
Steve Dern,
Regional Director, Midwest
Steve joined Guidant
Group in April 2002 as account manager for the Cinergy program,
and was promoted in January 2005 to regional director. During
this time, Steve has been responsible for MSP accounts,
overseeing program operations, strategic business assessments,
implementations, technology evaluation, and contract
development, as well as providing consultative expertise
relative to the management of contingent labor. Steve’s 18-year
career has been focused in the human resources and consulting
arena, with prior stints at Elder-Beerman Stores Corporation,
Hallmark, and Alternative Resources Corporation. Steve has been
recognized on numerous occasions for performance excellence in
delivery and operations management. Steve earned a Bachelor’s
degree in Business Administration from Miami University (Oxford,
Ohio) in 1990, and has served as a mentor for the Buck Rodgers
Leadership Program through the Farmer School of Business.
Richard
Rosemont, Regional Director, West Coast
Richard has been with Guidant Group since its beginning,
responsible for the success and welfare of Guidant Group clients
throughout the West Coast of the United States. Under his
direction, our programs have undertaken a collaborative "Right
Sourcing" agenda, ensuring proper sourcing channels are utilized
to procure contingent staff, saving our clients significant
costs while mitigating co-employment risk. Before joining
Guidant Group, Richard managed the San Mateo, CA branch for
Impellam North America, where he was responsible for business
development, branch operations management and client
satisfaction. Rich had also spent 15 years with TNT
International in business development and client satisfaction.
Richard is a cum laude graduate of San Francisco State
University and received a Paralegal degree from the University
of San Francisco, with honors.
Jennifer
Talley, Regional Director, Mid-Atlantic
Jennifer has been with
Guidant Group since the spring of 2004 and currently serves as
the regional director of the Mid-Atlantic region. She has more
than 13 years experience in the staffing industry in a variety
of roles, including managing corporate recruiting for a Fortune
500 company, director for an IT staffing firm, career counselor
at a historically black college & university, and program
manager for new program development. She holds a Bachelor of
Arts degree from North Carolina State University.
Michele Macera,
Regional Director, Northeast Region
Michele started with
Guidant Group in November 2003. She began as an account manager
and advanced into a regional director role because of her strong
operations and client service delivery skills. Michele has
obtained millions of dollars in cost savings and helped her
clients exceed their diversity goals by 40 percent. She also
implemented seven new clients/acquisitions within her
territories. Michele began her staffing career as branch manager
for Leafstone in White Plains, NY. She has been the on-site
manager for a Fortune 500 firm, managing a primary vendor model,
and a consistent top producer for a Stamford-based staffing
firm.
