HOUSTON, TX and Atlanta, GA - June 22, 2010 — Jennifer Beck assumes the role of senior vice president & managing director at Guidant Group. Based in Atlanta, Beck will provide leadership and oversight of the organization’s brand focused on providing human capital managed services.

She brings a strong background in executive leadership, operations, sales and business ownership to the company, and has worked with organizations in the human capital and recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) arenas. She was most recently vice president & general manager of Spherion Corporation’s RPO operations, managing its RPO portfolio and posting strong revenue growth. She owned and operated CAP Recruitment, LLC, providing RPO consulting services to Spherion, and held various sales and operations management roles at TMP Worldwide, Inc., as well as with other staffing and recruiting organizations.
