Equality is a great investment.

Guidant Group supports the development, utilization and growth of minority-owned businesses, women-owned businesses and small businesses. We believe in efforts to enable minority- and women-owned and small business enterprises to share in the nation's economic growth. Our commitment is to maximize their participation through developing mutually beneficial business relationships with them.

Guidant Group's MSP program promotes and utilizes minority-owned, women-owned and small business enterprises across all existing programs. We actively seek out diversity suppliers within the staffing community and partner with firms that have the capability to service client needs across the country. Guidant Group will ensure that diversity suppliers are provided adequate opportunities to meet our clients' diversity spend goals.

Minority- and Women-Owned Business Enterprises

Guidant Group recognizes minority-owned and women-owned business enterprises as those that are at least 51 percent owned and operated by minorities or women. To be eligible for our Supplier Diversity Program, a company must be certified as a minority-owned or women-owned business by one of the following councils or their regional councils/partners:

The National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC) - provides increased procurement and business opportunities for minority businesses of all sizes.

The Women's Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) - provides programs and policies that are designed to expand opportunities and eliminate barriers in the marketplace for women business owners.

We encourage you to click on the links above to learn more about becoming certified.

Small Business Enterprises

Guidant Group recognizes a small business enterprise as being organized for profit, is independently owned and operated and is not dominant in its field on a national basis. To be eligible for our Supplier Diversity Program, a small business must have annual revenues of no more than $7 million.

We not only offer these businesses the opportunity to compete on an equal and level playing field, we assist in developing and strengthening business relationships with minority-owned businesses, women-owned businesses and small businesses through mentoring: maintaining outreach efforts to seek, identify and encourage participation in our procurement processes; facilitation of matchmaker meetings; increasing competitive business opportunities/utilization; and informing these businesses of our business/procurement processes.
