Guidant Group's solution framework focuses on the transactional and Program Management services layer, using our proprietary Vendor Management System, StaffEnabler, as our technology tool.
Looking at the following diagram:

- The top half represents the Transactional Process Management layer with Hiring Managers on the left and the strategic Supplier sourcing strategy on the right. The Guidant Group Account Team sits in the middle and takes responsibility for managing all of the catalytic processes and activities around the Requisition to Payment (or req to check) processes that focus on finding the right resource at the right time. These transactional process management services are customized to the business unit and hiring manger level as they all have different ways of making their screening, interviewing and selection decisions. The downstream processes below engagement/selection, such as on-boarding, invoicing, off-boarding are fairly consistent, and managed and enforced by the Guidant Group Account Team.
- The bottom right side of the diagram illustrates the use of Guidant Group's StaffEnabler software application that provides automated and consistent process workflow management, metric and performance collection, automated time capture and approvals, consolidated billing, and enterprise/business unit/branch reporting.
- The bottom left side of the diagram lists our overall Program Management Services – which is the additional services management layer that insures the overall program objectives, policies, and deliverables are sustained year after year across the multiple client stakeholders such as Supply Chain, Human Resources, Legal, Operations, Finance and Accounting. These services include:
- Continuous analysis of current market pay rates and mark-ups to insure the program is managing the delicate balance between cost containment and quality;
- Proactive supplier management – quarterly audits for contractual and operational compliance to insure quality and fiscal performance, insurance levels, on-boarding activities, etc.
- On-going policy review and enforcement to mitigate federal/state legal/tax and business risks.
- Business intelligence and analytics – helping clients use data and historical information to help make better future contingent workforce hiring and performance management decisions.
